Web Summit and World Travel Market 2017
Latest Work
At the beginning of November, our team attended two great events across two countries – Web Summit and World Travel Market. Learn more about these events and how we supported our clients on global projects with varying requirements.
Twilio at Web Summit 2017
Web Summit, held in Lisbon, is the largest tech conference in the world. Web Summit brings Fortune 500 companies, ground-breaking start-ups and world-class speakers together for four days of innovation.
We attended this prestigious event with our client – Twilio. The main key feature of the stand at this event are the two large lightboxes, conveying maximum impact to visitors. All featuring screens and whiteboards, we installed three demo areas for the stand. Alongside this, an open meeting space made the stand extremely appealing and inviting to passers-by.
“This year was a new design for Twilio. It was the most noticeable stand due to the lightboxes and angle of the stand, which helped encourage footfall. The angle of the design meant we could maximise user participation, by getting two or more people on each demo at one time.” – Chris Bryan, Designer.
Visit California at World Travel Market 2017
World Travel Market is a vibrant and exciting annual event held at the ExCel in London. This B2B travel event invites hundreds to experience culture and technology – bringing the travel industry together.
This event is always a pleasure to create stands for, and this year we supported our client Visit California to provide a stand that portrayed the Californian image perfectly by re-installing their stand for the third year in a row. We created full-width light boxes showcasing the stunning destination, accompanied by a bright, open space – making the stand extremely inviting to visitors.
The stand we created for Visit California has a particularly interesting feature of interactive surfboards to guide visitors around the booth. This ties in extremely well with the destinations vibe and adds to the user experience when visiting the stand.
“With exhibition stands from all around the world, there was a lot to see! As this was my first experience of WTM, it was great to see our client’s stand Visit California come to life. The stand was inclusive of a bar serving California wine, which went down very well with the visitors!” – Georgie Espley, Office Manager.
